• Account information: nickname, profile photo, login identifiers and, where required, information for identity or facial verification.
• Usage information: rooms joined, gifts sent and received, in-app activity, and support messages.
• Device information: device model, operating system, device identifiers, IP address and app version.
• Transaction information: purchase and withdrawal records. We do not store full payment card details.
• Voice content: audio in live rooms is transmitted in real time. Where we keep recordings, it is only for safety and moderation purposes.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate and improve the App;
• To process purchases, rewards and withdrawals;
• To verify accounts and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and abuse;
• To moderate content and enforce our rules;
• To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
