User Agreement

This User Agreement is between you and NEXO DIGITAL LIMITED ("we", "us"), the operator of Hive Party (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You may hold only one account. We may require identity or facial verification.

2. Virtual coins and gifts

• Coins are virtual items for use inside the App. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred except as the App allows.
• Purchases of coins are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Gifts sent to hosts cannot be reversed.

3. Hosts, diamonds and withdrawals

• Hosts receive diamonds from gifts, converted and withdrawn under the rates and rules shown in the App.
• Withdrawals may be processed by us or by authorised partners, and may be subject to verification, minimum amounts and processing times.
• We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

4. Agencies and coin sellers

Agencies and authorised coin sellers act under separate platform policies. They are not employees or agents of NEXO DIGITAL LIMITED except as expressly agreed. Persons who are not authorised must not sell coins or promise withdrawals.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, multiple accounts, bots, or manipulating rewards or rankings;
• Harassment, hate speech, illegal, sexual or violent content;
• Promoting other platforms or third-party services without permission;
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the App;
• Any activity that breaks applicable law.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
